The North Central Association of Food and Drug Officials (NCAFDO) in partnership with the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) are offering a Juice Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Alliance Training Curriculum.
Dates and Times: Wednesday, June 24th, 2015 8AM – 5PM
Thursday, June 25th, 2015 8AM – 12PM

About: The Juice HACCP course will take place as a workshop on Wednesday, June 24th, 2015 through Thursday June 25th, 2015 during the AFDO Annual Educational Conference. The course will be held at the Sheraton Indianapolis Keystone Crossing, 8787 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
The primary purpose of this training is to assist with the writing and implementation of HACCP programs used in commercial juice settings. The intended audience is managers, owners, operators, quality control personnel, and those that oversee sanitation programs of the juice industry.
Course Fee: $125 per person which includes the Juice HACCP Alliance Training curriculum text and lunch.
Those who complete the course with the Juice Alliance training curriculum are eligible for a “Certificate of Course Completion” from NCAFDO. This certificate provides evidence that the individual has met the training requirements of the FDA Juice HACCP regulation.
The registration must be completed in order to reserve a space and request course materials. Space is limited to thirty (30) registrants and no more than three (3) registrants per company.
